Holly Steel runs a dedicated fabrication shop in Phoenix where every project specification is treated as a hard requirement, not a guideline. Members are cut and coped to drawing dimensions, holes are drilled or punched to layout, and weldments are squared up on the table before they leave the bay.
Our scope covers wide flange beams and columns, HSS tubing, channels, angles, plate work, base plates, anchor bolt assemblies, embed plates, and miscellaneous metals. If it shows up on a structural drawing for a commercial or industrial project, we can fabricate it.
Repeat production work shares the floor with custom one-off pieces. Both get the same routing through fitup, weldout, and quality inspection, so a small set of specialty connections receives the same attention as a full building package.
